Take Advantage of the Season

Stores are maxed with Valentine displays of sweet sayings, wonderful chocolate candies, and those adorable heart candies with lovey, dovey words on them.

Take advantage now and stock up.

Drop little heart candies on your spouse’s pillow, in lunch bags, on the dinner plate each evening.

Drop the foiled covered kisses and hearts in a path some evening leading to where you are waiting in another room.

Buy the inexpensive school Valentines and tape them all over the mirror or refrigerator for your mate to find. Don’t wait until just Valentine’s to do this. Tape one to the steering wheel of the car. Leave some in the drawers for your mate to find.

It’s early enough before Valentine’s Day that you should be able to think of all sorts of fun things to do to make your marriage more fun than the everyday routine.

What do you think? Do you have some ideas for fun things this time of year?
